Lebronze alloys Group was born from the integration of different companies specializing in copper alloys, copper, nickel alloys, aluminium alloys, specialty steels, stainless steels, titanium and nickel superalloys.

Thanks to a multidisciplinary know-how, the Group provides innovative solutions to all major industries such as Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Power, Railway but also in sectors manufacturing smaller equipment and products.

Our 14 production facilities and 1,300 employees manage a unique range of metal processing technologies: continuous and semi-continuous casting, sand casting, die precision chill casting (manual, mechanized and automated), centrifugal casting, extrusion, ring rolling, hot and cold rolling, drawing, open-die forging, hot stamping, closed-die forging, cold forming, machining, non-destructive testing, etc.

Machining

Our extensive range of machines.

Lebronze alloys group has today a huge range of 154 machines which include turning and milling machines located at our various production sites:

  • 76 milling machines from 3 to 5 axis including 14 transfer machines,
  • 78 horizontal and vertical turning machines,

Furthermore, we have many additional or specific equipment such as boring, drilling, electro erosion machines and saws.

80% of the machine fleet is equipped with digital control, attesting to the gradual renewal of the machines and the Group’s willingness to continue its strategy of investment. During the last 5 years, the Groups capacity has increased with the acquisition of 16 new state-of-the-art generation machines including multi spindle and multi-axis machines.

Finally, our tooling department is able to design custom spindles and tooling in order to increase the most complex achievements productivity.

 

Our achievements

The diversity of machining achievements shows the experience gained by the Group supplying markets as diverse and demanding as Aerospace, Petrochemical, Energy, Transport and Automotive, Metallurgy or even Luxury.

Although Lebronze alloys group has decided to focus on industrial volume/series production, it is also capable to position itself on particularly complex or large dimensional parts (up to three meters). Our machining capabilities are extremely varied, we can machine today:

  • A gross weight from 10 grams to 10 tons,
  • An outside diameter from 10 mm to 2400 mm by turning,
  • Micron tolerances for precision complex parts. Whilst also being able to maintain tols on very big parts in the order of 0.1 mm,
  • Medium and large series (except for large dimensions parts),
  • All alloys supplied by the Group: copper alloys, aluminiums, steels, titanium, copper nickel alloys and superalloys.

 

In order to offer the best solution, our Engineering Department supports you from the conception to the production in series of your products whilst our Quality Department ensures your most demanding specifications are satisfied. We are not only certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 by assurance companies (TÜV, Lloyd’s Register, DNV, AFAQ) but by prestigious customers themselves.
