Bornel facility (Ex-CLAL) can demonstrate a unique experience in the elaboration and transformation of special alloys based on copper and nickel for the most demanding markets.

History of the site:

1888

M. Emile LOUYOT set up the company in Paris.

1893

The Société Française des Métaux (SFM) acquires the ALPHEN plant.

1895

LOUYOT Company moves in Bornel through the acquisition of the S.F.M plant.

 

 

1957

Merging with CLAL to form Comptoir Lyon Alemand Louyot.

1967

Hot rolling process hall construction.

1969

Construction of a shearing workshop.

1984

Construction of the new hot rolling mill.

1995

CLAL becomes a subsidiary of the Group Fimalac SA under the name CLAL-MSX.

2016

CLAL France and its subsidiaries are taken over by Lebronze alloys Group.  In July, CLAL France merges with Le Bronze Industriel.

On December 1rst, all French companies of the Group merge and are renamed into Lebronze alloys.
