Steriall® E, Steriall® F · patented antimicrobial copper alloys · bars
Steriall® antimicrobial copper alloys for touch surfaces in healthcare facilities, transport and buildings, where the metal itself reduces the microbial load.
Alloy family
What this family is good at
What copper does on a touch surface
Copper is antimicrobial by nature: on its surface, bacteria and viruses are destroyed over time. The Steriall® grades were developed to make the most of this property. They come from ten years of research by Lebronze alloys and its partners, and the solution is patented. The composition is not published.
Effective for life, with a stable appearance
The effect comes from the alloy itself, not from a coating. It renews itself as the surface is used, so it lasts throughout the life of the part, and Steriall® retains its appearance over time.
Handles, rails and fittings in bars
Steriall® E and Steriall® F are supplied as bars for machined and formed parts: door and window hardware, push plates, handrails, bed rails and other frequently touched surfaces in hospitals, care homes, public transport and buildings.
Choosing a grade with our engineers
Two grades, one family. Each product page lists the forms we hold. Our engineers read your drawing with you, confirm the grade, and point you to the Steriall® range and its online shop for finished fittings.
