Careers

A group of 1,000 people, with rare metallurgical expertise to pass on.

Lebronze Alloys recruits young graduates, experienced managers and professionals, and students looking for an internship or an apprenticeship. We are 1,000 people across three continents, forming a human-sized organisation where careers are built over time, whether through expert or management pathways. Applications are examined without regard to ethnic origin, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or gender identity.

Recruitment

Who we recruit across the group.

01

Markets and key accounts

Sales and programme roles that understand a customer's applications and programmes, from the first enquiry to long-term supply.

02

Product and metallurgy experts

Metallurgists and application engineers who define the technical solution, the alloy, the temper and the route, with the customer's engineers.

03

Operations

The people who manufacture and deliver our products in our production facilities, from melting, forging, extrusion and rolling to heat treatment and machining.

04

Service centres

Stock, customisation and technical support close to the customer, in Europe, North America and Asia.

05

Support functions

The functions that secure compliance, quality and execution for the whole group, from finance to quality and administration.

Training and career paths

Training the next generation of engineers and preserving expertise across the group.

Partnership

Partnership with the Arts et Métiers campus in Châlons-en-Champagne

A first one-year agreement signed in September 2023 was renewed on 5 September 2024 for three years. It covers site visits, internships, apprenticeships and recruitment forums. Two work-study students and one intern joined the group in 2023.

Career paths

Expert and management career paths

Metallurgical know-how is rare and we renew it continuously: an engineer can grow as an expert without moving into management. A hiring, training and apprenticeship plan supports it.

Safety

Safety as our first responsibility

Standards, training and daily vigilance on every site, with ten golden rules for health and safety. Occupational health and safety management is certified ISO 45001 at Suippes and Bornel.
