ARCAP ZEST® - Lead Free High Performance CuNiZn Alloy
ARCAP ZeST® is Lebronze alloys’ lead-free CuNiZn solution, combining strength, corrosion resistance, non magnetism, and machinability, making it the sustainable.
This alloy is an evolution of ARCAP® AP1D.

 

BZ4 ZeST® - Lead Free High Machinability CuSn4Zn4 Alloy
BZ4 ZeST® is a lead free Copper Tin Zinc alloy (CuSn4Zn4) developed and produced by Lebronze alloys. It combines excellent machinability, comparable to traditional leaded alloy, with high mechanical properties and strong resistance to stress corrosion cracking, making it a reliable and sustainable solution for demanding machining applications.
This alloy is an evolution of BZ4 | CuSn4Pb4Zn4 | C54400.
 

C97 ZeST® - Lead Free High Machinability Copper Alloy
C97 ZeST® is designed to deliver excellent machinability, comparable to leaded grades, while maintaining strong mechanical performance and reliable corrosion resistance. C97 ZeST® enables high speed and complex machining operations, offering a sustainable solution for applications historically relying on leaded copper alloys.
This alloy is an evolution of C97® | CuNi1Pb1 | C19160.
 

DECLAFOR® 1015 - Lead Free Alternative to leaded beryllium copper
DECLAFOR® 1015 is designed to deliver a balanced combination of high mechanical performance, good fatigue behavior, and reliable machinability, while supporting high speed and complex machining operations. DECLAFOR® 1015 provides a safer, sustainable solution for applications requiring performance levels comparable to beryllium copper, without the use of lead.
This alloy is an evolution of leaded beryllium copper.
