BZ4® ZeST is a lead‑free Copper‑Tin‑Zinc alloy (CuSn4Zn4) developed and produced by Lebronze alloys. It combines excellent machinability—comparable to traditional leaded alloy—with high mechanical properties and strong resistance to stress corrosion cracking, making it a reliable and sustainable solution for demanding machining applications.

C97 ZeST® - Lead‑Free High‑Machinability Copper Alloy
C97® ZeST is Lebronze alloys’ lead‑free alternative to C97® (CuNi1Pb1P). It is designed to deliver excellent machinability—comparable to leaded grades—while maintaining strong mechanical performance and reliable corrosion resistance. DECLAFOR® 1015 is Lebronze alloys’ lead‑free alternative to traditional leaded beryllium copper grades. It is designed to deliver a balanced combination of high mechanical performance, good fatigue behavior, and reliable machinability, while supporting high‑speed and complex machining operations. DECLAFOR® 1015 provides a safer, sustainable solution for applications requiring performance levels comparable to beryllium copper, without the use of lead.
