Why this grade

01

Tellurium addition for improved machinability and polishing

02

Can substitute for beryllium copper and titanium copper in many applications

03

Dimensional stability during heat treatment

04

Strictly non-magnetic, with good friction properties and stress relaxation resistance

DeclaforYou are hereCuNiSnTe850 MPaChoose it when a precision part is machined from rod and its finish matters, since Declafor is the grade of the family with a tellurium addition for machining and polishing.
HardiallCuNiSn1,250 MPaChoose it when a bearing or bushing machined from bar or hollow bar must be compliant with AMS 4596, AMS 4597 or AMS 4598. It also offers the widest choice of tempers in the family.
Hardiall EcoCuNiSn724 MPaChoose it when a bushing or bearing machined from bar needs the wear behaviour of the Hardiall range and no aerospace specification applies to the part.
Niclafor 1000CuNiSn1,100 MPaChoose it when a contact, spring or shield is stamped or formed from strip or wire and needs more strength than Niclal 725 offers, compliant with ASTM B740.
Niclal 725CuNiSn600 MPaChoose it when a connector or sensor part is bent or deep drawn from strip, and a balance of elasticity and conductivity matters more than the strength of Niclafor 1000.
