NS30

CuNi7Si2Cr1

NS30 is a CuNi7Si2Cr bar grade that combines high strength with high thermal conductivity. Engine builders and mould makers use it for valve seats, valve guides and mould inserts that must shed heat while resisting wear.

Why this grade

01

High strength together with high thermal conductivity, the combination the grade is designed for.

02

Wear and galling resistance for sliding parts such as valve guides and bushings.

03

Non-sparking, with low magnetic permeability.

04

Keeps its properties and dimensions at elevated service temperatures.
