As part of its growth strategy, Lebronze Alloys acquires M LEGO

Lebronze alloys is pursuing its growth strategy with the acquisition of M LEGO, a French manufacturer renowned for its expertise in premium copper alloy semi-finished products.

Acquired from the AUREA Group and finalized on July 25, 2025, the transaction enables LBA to expand its range of specialty long products and strengthen its industrial presence in demanding markets such as aerospace, luxury, energy, and electronics.


Founded in 1894, M LEGO now joins the LBA Group, bringing with it strong technical know-how, industrial roots, and a complementary product offering that supports more than 1,000 customers worldwide.
