Hardibron® | CuNi14Al3Fe1 | WL 2.1504 | DTD 900/4805 is a wrought copper‑nickel‑aluminium alloy engineered for high‑strength applications in seawater environments, where reliable mechanical performance and resistance to aggressive conditions are required. Strictly non‑magnetic and non‑sparking on impact, Hardibron® combines outstanding mechanical properties with high ductility, and excellent resistance to wear, galling, marine corrosion and erosion. Aligned with DTD 900/4805, this alloy meets established requirements for copper‑based materials used in demanding marine and oil & gas applications. 

Hardibron® | CuNi14Al3Fe1 | WL 2.1504 | DTD 900/4805 exhibits excellent performance under heavy loads and severe service conditions, maintaining stable mechanical behavior across both elevated and sub‑zero temperatures. Easily machinable into complex components, while remaining lead‑free and beryllium‑free, this alloy enables the production of reliable parts for subsea, top-side and onshore systems. Its strong resistance to metal‑to‑metal wear makes it particularly suitable for components operating under limited lubrication in high‑pressure environments.
