Profil

•    Skills: Modeling, strategic analysis, communication, and presentation.
•    Languages: Fluent in French and English.
•    Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT tools, the internet, and AI.

Missions

The Strategy Analyst conducts strategic analyses on the Group's markets, monitors the competitive environment, and supports the Group’s Strategic Plan. They explore new markets and manage value chains to optimize strategic decisions.

•   Market Analysis: Ongoing monitoring and in-depth analysis of key markets and their developments.
•   Value Chain Modeling: Develop models and projections on market drivers to feed into the Group's Business Plan.
•   Market Share Monitoring: Monthly updates on market shares and the Group's position.
•   VRIO Analyses: Conduct VRIO analyses to support strategic action plans.
•   Internal Communication: Prepare materials for management and communicate the results of studies.
•   Strategic PMO: Monitor strategic actions prioritized by the Presidency and CEO.

Continuous Improvement:

• Update strategic databases (markets, market shares, etc.). Provide training and explain the results of studies to relevant managers.

Management (if applicable):

• Team Management: Assign tasks, monitor objectives, and develop employees' skills.

Internal Relations: Collaboration with the Presidency, CEO, Strategy & Development Department, Management Control, and M&A Director.
