Specific Professional Knowledge:


Organized and meticulous. Capable of diagnosing a chimney flue. Committed to control measures ensuring safety. Curious and adaptable to technological advancements and evolving work methods. Technical knowledge in construction, heating, and electricity.


Required Training:


CAP Mason, CAP Maintenance Technical Building Interventions, Technical Diploma in Chimney Sweeping, Chimney Sweeper Certification, Technical Certificate in Chimney Sweeping.

Missions

Ensure the partial or complete refurbishment of fusion furnaces, guaranteeing safety, quality, adherence to deadlines, and productivity.


Main Activities:


•    Preparation: Identify and select appropriate refractory materials. Use refractories correctly according to specifications.
•    Execution: Refurbish crucibles of Inductotherm, Inductotherm2, MF1, and J2 furnaces. Perform partial or complete refurbishment of the coating on crucible furnace coils.
•    Safety & Maintenance: Follow operational procedures and safety instructions. Report any malfunctions that may impact health and/or safety. Use available collective and individual protective equipment.
•    Hierarchical Responsibilities: Implement recommendations from the team leader and adapt professional behavior accordingly.
•    Work Relations: Communicate effectively with colleagues and management. Integrate into the team and demonstrate cooperation.
