Technical Skills:


An expert in project management and international deployment, the candidate has extensive experience in structuring and managing subsidiaries and services. They master the economic models of service centers, logistics flows, supply chain, and industrial pricing. They utilize advanced project management tools, information systems, and ensure effective financial reporting to optimize the performance of service units.


Behavioral Skills:


Strong ability to unite international and multicultural teams. They combine strategic vision and business orientation to maximize profitability. As an expert in managing complex projects, they optimize processes with a rigorous analytical approach while demonstrating autonomy and priority management.


Qualifications:


•    Master’s degree (Bac+5) in management, supply chain, engineering, or international business.
•    10 to 15 years of proven experience in a similar role or in managing multi-site subsidiaries.

Missions

As a member of the Executive Committee, the Business Unit Director for "Services" oversees the strategic and operational deployment of service centers worldwide. They structure and optimize processes, pricing, and commercial coherence to ensure effective execution and maximize economic performance. They drive the growth and profitability of the centers by leveraging the Group’s best practices, including those developed by LBA UK, while closely collaborating with other Business Unit Directors.


Main Activities:


•    Deployment and structuring of service centers
•    Standardization of processes and structuring of the service offering
•    Distribution of Group products and stock management
•    Commercial performance monitoring and budget tracking
•    Leadership and continuous improvement
